Masterhaul provides dispatch and logistics coordination support to owner-operators and carriers, including load sourcing and negotiation support, paperwork and documentation assistance, and day-to-day communication with brokers and shippers. Website descriptions are general and do not guarantee that a particular load, lane, rate, broker, appointment, or outcome will be available.

03 Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and current information when requesting a quote or engaging our services, and to promptly update it if it changes.

04 Carrier responsibility

Carriers remain solely responsible for their vehicles, drivers, safety practices, operating authority, insurance, compliance obligations, cargo, and all decisions made while operating. Masterhaul's coordination support does not replace, and should not be relied on as a substitute for, the carrier's own legal, operational, and safety responsibilities.

05 Third-party information

Load opportunities, broker information, routes, schedules, rates, and other third-party information can change without notice. Masterhaul may rely on information supplied by brokers, shippers, and other third parties and does not guarantee its continued accuracy, completeness, or availability.

06 Quotes, fees & communications

Submitting a request through this website does not by itself create a service agreement. Any commercial terms, fees, scope of work, or cancellation terms will be established through a separate agreement or written confirmation. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

07 Intellectual property

The Masterhaul name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Masterhaul Logistics LLC unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

08 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masterhaul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, or from delays, cancellations, or third-party actions outside our reasonable control.

09 Termination
